Watershed will lead a team of scientists, engineers, and planners to work with the Vermont Agency of Natural Resources to evaluate the utility of public-private partnerships (P3s) to manage runoff from large impervious surfaces more effectively and cost efficiently. Many large impervious surfaces across the State were constructed long ago and do not have any stormwater controls. These surfaces are a major source of phosphorus in the Lake Champlain watershed. The project will kickoff in early 2019 and will be completed in 2021.
