Kateri Gomez

Water Quality Specialist

Kateri began working with Watershed in 2016 after earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from Northern Vermont University (NVU). During her time at NVU, Kateri participated in Vermont EPSCoR’s Research on Adaptations to Climate Change program where she analyzed the effects of storm events on nitrogen and phosphorus levels in surface waters within the Lamoille River Basin. She furthered this research while employed as a lead field technician in NVU’s environmental streams and toxicology lab. At Watershed, Kateri focuses on:

  • Detection and Elimination of Illicit Discharges to Stormwater Systems
