Becky Tharp

PhD / Water Quality Program Manager

Becky came to Watershed from the Lake Champlain Sea Grant Program at the University of Vermont and the Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation where she served as the State’s green infrastructure coordinator. Becky holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard University, a Master of Science degree from the University of Vermont Rubenstein School of Environment and Natural Resources, and a Doctor of Philosophy degree from the University of Vermont Plant and Soil Science Department where she studied stormwater pond functioning and design in the context of ecological systems and interactions between the natural and built environment.
